- Revision to Mediation PolicyThe Tribunal has revised section 6F of its Mediation Policy to clarify that there is an exception to the requirement of confidentiality to the extent necessary to prove the existence of scope of the settlement.
- Case Path Pilot – Extension and ReviewThe Tribunal issued its Practice Direction initiating the Case Path Pilot [CPP] on May 6, 2022 and subsequently extended it pending the ongoing process review. The most recent extension expired on April 30, 2025.
