The Tribunal office at 1270-605 Robson Street, Vancouver, has reopened with the return of staff from extended job action, but has limited services available. Please do not attend the office in person if you are able to submit your materials by email, and please consult our website for information before phoning or attending in person.

The Tribunal continues to have limited services at this time. Please note the following important changes:

These are proceeding as scheduled. If you have a hearing or mediation scheduled, you will be contacted if there are any changes to the schedule. Regular (non-urgent) communications are not being responded to during this time. Expect delays as a result. A mailbox is available outside the Tribunal’s entrance if you wish to make a delivery from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

After-hours emails will not be accepted during this time.

Urgent Communications are being prioritized as follows.

The Tribunal will be reviewing its inbox for urgent matters only, such as:

    • Communications regarding hearings and mediations scheduled in the next 4 weeks
    • Extension requests for deadlines within the next 4 weeks
    • Application materials that require immediate processing including fast track requests, and

If your matter is urgent, you must mark “URGENT” in the subject line with the case number. We recommend, you also leave a message at (604)775-2000, telling us you have sent an urgent email.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.
