Legal Counsel (Articled Student) for the Complainant: Catherine Blanchet

On behalf of the Respondents: Jennifer Malcolmson

[1]               On April 14, 2025, the complainant filed an application to retroactively limit publication of their personal information.

[2]               I considered this application in my letter decision dated August 12, 2025, where I granted the application and made the following orders:

a.    In any published decision, the Tribunal will refer to the Complainant by the randomized alias, “Ms. C.”

b.    The Tribunal will edit its previous published decision to remove the Complainant’s personal information and replace it with the alias “Ms. C.”

c.     The name of the case shall be changed to Ms. C v. Halton Recycling Ltd.

d.    This order will remain in effect unless either party applies to vary it.

[3]               As a result of the above orders, the purpose of this amendment is to remove the Complainant’s personal information and replace it with the alias “Ms. C.”
