Mr. Rilkoff was appointed as a full time member of the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal on February 28, 2014. He graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1970 with a B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science; from York University with an MA in 1972 and a Law Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1975.
Mr. Rilkoff commenced his legal career as a Legal Assistant to the then Chair of the B.C. Labour Relations Board. Prior to joining the Tribunal, Mr. Rilkoff was engaged in private practise for over 37 years representing individuals, employers and trade unions in all aspects of employment related law including labour relations, employment, human rights and privacy.
