Jacqueline Beltgens

Full-Time Member

Ms. Beltgens was appointed as a full-time member of the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal on August 15, 2014.   She attended the University of British Columbia for undergraduate studies in international relations, and obtained a Juris Doctor in 1990.  She also has a Diploma of Building Technology (Engineering) from the BC Institute of Technology.   Prior to joining the Tribunal, Ms. Beltgens was a Law Professor at the Beijing Foreign Students University, and has been in-house counsel and in private practice in Vancouver and Victoria with a broad background in civil and administrative law.
